Bottomless Roast – Terms & Conditions
* Bottomless Roast takes place at Kota Kai on Sunday 27 September 2026, with a 1pm arrival.
* Tickets are £65 per person and include three courses, a Bloody Mary or glass of fizz on arrival, and 90 minutes of bottomless drinks.
* The bottomless drinks period runs from 1pm–2.30pm. Late arrival will not extend the bottomless period.
* Bottomless drinks include house wine, draught beer, cider and ale. House wine will be available on the table, with draught beer, cider and ale available to order throughout the bottomless period.
* Cocktails, spirits and premium wines are not included in the bottomless offering but may be ordered for an additional supplement.
* Bottomless alcoholic drinks are available to guests aged 18 and over only. We operate a Challenge 25 policy, so please bring valid photographic ID if required.
* Drinks included within the bottomless offering are for the ticket holder only and must not be shared with other guests.
* Kota Kai operates a responsible drinking policy. Our team reserves the right to slow or refuse the service of alcohol to any guest where appropriate. This will not entitle the guest to a refund.
* Please let us know about allergies or dietary requirements in advance. While we will always do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that every element of the event menu can be adapted.
* Your voucher acts as your ticket for the event and is valid only for Bottomless Roast on Sunday 27 September 2026. It cannot be redeemed against another visit unless issued as cancellation credit under the terms below.
* Tickets cancelled more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
* Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event will receive a £65 Kota Kai restaurant voucher per ticket to use on a future visit.
* Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another guest; please contact us in advance to update the booking name.
* No-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for restaurant credit.
* In the unlikely event that Kota Kai cancels the event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund.
* Tickets are subject to availability and purchasing a ticket confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
